Teri Almquist is the owner and director of Wellness Hot Yoga and Teach From Love, an organization dedicated to the continuing education of bikram method yoga teachers. She is the author of The Toolbox, a guidebook for teaching Bikram Yoga. She has over 15 years of teaching experience in the bikram method, using this powerful practice as a means to help a wide variety of students improve their lives. Whether you have practiced for years or have never taken a yoga class, this retreat is for you.
This retreat is a collaboration with our dear friend Holly Ord and her fabulous studio, Hot For Yoga, in Perth, Australia. We look forward to having a great mix of people from the United States, Australia, and all over the world. Our hope is that this will be the first of many collaborative retreats with Holly's studio.
If you are traveling from the US all the way to Thailand, we highly recommend that you add an extra week to your trip so you can see some of the other great parts of Thailand and/or other destinations in Asia. If we can help you plan, please let us know!
